Dancers at JDA can take regular exams with the NATD in Freestyle. This is a great way for the children to build their confidence and have something to work towards. Children can start exams from as young as 4 years old where they will complete their rainbow awards and will receive a certificate and a different colour of the rainbow after each exam.

Once children complete their rainbow awards or reach 8 years old they then go on to complete their medal exams.

We also take theatrical graded examinations in Contemporary and ballet with the NATD and IDTA.
